Leah is very knowledgeable and worked hard to make things happen for us and our family. During a stressful situation compounded by the COVID Pandemic, Leah along with her assistant Lisa, guided us through the process, making sure timelines were met and we made it to closing on time. We were thrown a number of curveballs in the process of buying a house, selling our house, and making it all come together. But we made it through with their support. Leah was very professional, and extremely responsive. It always felt like we were her top priority, and she was always willing to answer our many questions. She had a great understanding for what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect home.

Leah Hedrick is a phenomenal realtor. Our home had been listed with a different agent for 15 months when we pulled it off the market. Leah contacted us and made suggestion for changing small items in our home to make it show better. We decided to give her a chance and listed our home with her. However, we only gave Leah a five-month listing. Leah is ambitious, savvy and thinks outside of the box. She had numerous open house showings and a realtor’s luncheon. She listed it in the newspaper and sent out many messages to the top realtors in the area. The bottom line is her efforts resulted in us getting four offers on our home which created a bidding war. She was even more impressive during negotiations. We would gladly recommend Leah to be your real estate agent.

Leah is an absolutely perfect real estate agent. I was an out of town purchaser which made things more difficult for her. She learned the type of home we were looking for; sent me listings for homes that we might be interested in; showed me numerous homes over several months until she led us to the perfect home. Then her real expertise cut in. She advised us and prepared the offer contract and negotiated the price and terms of the offer. She arranged the inspections with her excellent contacts. Then she advised us and we renegotiated the price and terms of the purchase. After the terms were accepted she worked tirelessly with my mortgage lender to meet the closing date. Leah worked with the Title company to prepare all the papers for the sale. The sale was completed on the estimated closing date even with a lot of delaying and time consuming problems from my lender which had nothing to do with the property. I cannot think of enough positive adjectives to show my appreciation to Leah and the job she did for us. She is very knowledgeable, hard working, accessible, friendly, intelligent, and she has the contacts and experience to make the home purchase seem easy. I could not recommend her any higher. Leah did a fantastic job helping me and my fiancee find our first home. We relocated from Kansas City, MO. for a job opportunity in the area. We've been working with Leah for a year now as we conduct the world's longest housing search. Since our timeline is open ended, we've given her the option to stop working with us a couple of times but she remains committed. We couldn't be happier! My husband and I wanted to purchase a house in the city of Roanoke although we currently reside in southern California. I wasn't sure how well this whole process would work considering the distance, but I have to say with the help of Leah (and my mom & dad) the distance wasn't an issue at all. We asked friends in the area if they knew of any good realtors and came back with nothing, so we went through the Navy Federal realty program to find a realtor. I have to say I feel we got quite lucky to end up with Leah. She was very helpful despite out crazy idea of buying a house so far away, she always had answer to my questions and responded in a timely manner. Having never really had a realtor I have nothing to compare to but I honestly don't see how she could have done anything better. She's knowledgable, willing to help, and courteous. I've never met her in person but both my mom and dad accompanied her to look at houses and said, "Leah's real nice, I like her." :-) In closing, I highly recommend Leah to anyone in need of buying/selling a home in the Roanoke area and if we ever need another one, she's got a repeat customer!
