Leah and her team helped us out a few months ago in selling my mother-in-law's condo. She was so accommodating advising and guiding us every step of the way through the sale. I met Leah by chance when she offered to show me a rental property I was interested in. We chatted and she suggested I look at qualifying to buy instead of renting again. This suggestion turned into the purchase of a nice townhouse in SW Roanoke, in exactly the area I wanted to stay. She and her assistance, Lisa, were very patient, kind, and understanding with all my questions and, when after closing, an unusual issue arose with the seller and the closing agent (which could have affected the home being transferred into my name), they were able to resolve it in just a couple of days. Leah was a big help! I had a unique land purchase that she assisted on when others refused to help as land purchases are more complicated. She even found me someone to help secure financing (also difficult to find when buying land only).
